  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept card payments via Stripe. Payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Email the support address listed on the site and Contact page. Requests within the applicable withdrawal window and before full consumption may be eligible. See the Refund Policy for details.

  • When do I get my result?

    Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation. You access content in the same session or via email link when provided. If anything is delayed, support will restore access within 24 hours.

  • How do subscriptions work?

    If a subscription is offered, billing recurs as shown at checkout. You may cancel anytime via the management link or support email. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

  • How do I cancel a subscription?

    Use the subscription management link (from email or account area) or email support. There is no penalty; the next charge is not taken.

  • How do I access content after paying?

    After payment confirmation, content unlocks automatically. Use the same session or the link sent to your email. We do not email full report files by default—access is through the platform or your secure link.

  • How do I contact support?

    Use the support email in the footer and on the Contact page. We typically respond within 48 business hours.

  • Is my data safe?

    We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Information you enter in flows is used only to generate your personalized result.
