Refund and Cancellation Policy
When and how you can request a refund or cancel a purchase or subscription.
1. When a refund may be available
You may request a refund if: a technical failure prevented delivery; you were charged incorrectly or twice; or, where applicable, you exercise a statutory withdrawal right for digital goods before full consumption. Once a full report has been accessed end-to-end, refunds generally do not apply except for technical failure or billing error.
2. Request window
Where withdrawal applies, request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been fully accessed or used. For subscriptions, you may cancel anytime; billing stops at the next cycle; partial refunds may be assessed based on usage.
3. One-time purchases vs. personalized content
One-time digital purchases: a refund may be available if delivery failed or withdrawal applies before consumption. If you have fully viewed or downloaded the complete deliverable, refunds are generally not available except for billing error or technical failure.
Personalized digital content: because reports are generated on demand, after full generation and delivery, refunds are limited to failure to deliver or erroneous charges, unless required otherwise by law.
4. Already consumed content
If you have fully accessed the report or reading, the product is considered delivered. Refunds for the interpretive content itself are not typically available, except for serious service failure or proven billing error.
5. Canceling a subscription
If a subscription is offered, you may cancel via the management link or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. The current period is generally not refunded unless required by law or agreed by support.
6. Processing time
After approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method within up to 10 business days, depending on Stripe and your card issuer. It may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
