Privacy Policy
We explain clearly how we handle personal data when you use Neural Delphi.
1. Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide the service and process payments: name (or nickname), birth date where relevant to numerology, answers you submit in forms, and optionally email for receipts and access links. We do not require an account; we may use cookies to maintain your session. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use data
Data is used to: generate your personalized result; process payments and meet legal and tax obligations; send receipts or access links when you provide an email; improve the site using aggregated analytics; and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
To reduce friction and measure product flows, we may store a random anonymous identifier and coarse journey signals (pages viewed, funnel stage, optional marketing attribution such as UTM parameters captured on your first landing) in your browser and, in minimized form, on our servers. This is not used to infer sensitive characteristics (health, biometrics, etc.).
3. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (e.g. language). We may use analytics in aggregated and anonymous form to understand usage and improve the service. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
First-touch marketing parameters (for example utm_source) may be stored locally so we can understand how visitors arrive; you can clear site data in your browser at any time.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on performance of a contract (delivering the service you request), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and, where applicable, consent (e.g. support or receipt emails). If you are in Brazil, we comply with the LGPD; where GDPR applies, we also provide rights described in applicable law.
5. Sharing with processors
We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service: hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and, if used, email delivery. They are bound by confidentiality and may only use data as required to provide the service.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored in secured environments with restricted access and practices aligned with payment industry expectations. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or improper alteration.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the support email shown on the site.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, you may contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where applicable.
9. Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Session data may be kept in aggregated or anonymized form for analysis. After retention periods end, personal data is deleted or anonymized.
10. Privacy contact
For privacy requests or questions, contact suporte@neuraldelphi.com. We aim to respond within 48 business hours. See also our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
